I wanted to make sure your know what an outstanding job Mary Abolmoluki did on the sale of my parents’ house in Belmont. She was totally professional, courteous, friendly, and went well above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent. Seeing as I live in Southern Florida, it was difficult for me to personally take care of many issues. In particular, I couldn’t be there to clear out and dispose or disperse the many items my parents no longer need and my family can’t use. Mary took charge of this, sometimes physically boxing and moving items to make sure everything was properly taken care of. Her husband Michael is also to be commended for helping her. I would like to share with you my and my husband’s experience working with Mary Abolmoluki over the past two months on the purchase of our first home. Being first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns resulting in many days filled with stress and panic. Mary repeatedly calmed our nerves, explained every step of the process and made several trips to Grass Valley in order to meet with the seller, property inspector and listing agent. She made all the arrangements for inspections and took care of follow-up issues, communicating with the listing agent and his assistant. She walked us through the process of all the steps related to document signings all the way to the final step of meeting the listing agent at the property for us to get the keys to our new home.
